Job Description

As Manager, Commercial Incentives, you own the design, evolution and day-to-day operation of Deliveroo’s commercial compensation schemes. This includes commission-based sales incentives and KPI-driven account management bonus plans across all markets. You partner closely with local commercial leadership to ensure incentive schemes align with Deliveroo’s business and financial objectives. You ensure schemes are clear, consistent, and embedded into day-to-day commercial operations.
