Job Description:

The Manager, Commercial Compliance COE will be part of the Compliance Monitoring team, leading monitoring activities and providing project management to ensure compliance in the commercial line of business.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the execution of assigned compliance monitoring activities in the commercial line of business
Serve as a subject matter expert
Responsible for administrative planning and execution of complex and/or concurrent monitoring activities
Evaluate compliance in multiple business areas
Provide day-to-day project management including results reporting and issue follow-up

Requirements:

5+ years prior experience in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, audit, or government healthcare
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience

Nice to have:

Experience (2+ years) in the commercial insurance business processes
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop monitoring activities, document testing, and communicate results
Strong ability to solve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude
