Job Description:

The Manager, Collegiate Marketing is responsible for executing the student marketing strategies for the US. This person will contribute to the planning and execution of US-wide projects, driving brand awareness and relevance amongst our core target audience and the future consumer on/around campus. This role leverages insights and creates the most effective programming for the US-consumer, working closely with the Global HQ team. In addition, this person will project manage collegiate activations, focused on building unique value to the US consumer and scale across the US. This role is a key member of the Marketing team and must possess a strong cross-functional ability to bring the full marketing mix to life in the collegiate space across the US including sport, culture, communications, and the Red Bull Media Network. This person is also responsible for acting as a partner to the Region teams, ensuring quality execution and innovation across all activations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management (planning & prioritization)
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights and translating learning into action
  • Proven ability to navigate through a highly matrixed organization
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation
  • Creative mind with an attention to detail but also the ability to see the big picture
  • Sound strategic thinking capabilities
  • Self-starter, Entrepreneurial
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
