Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Align on a plan to achieve quarterly and annual nursing goals
Support the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
Ensure consistent and comprehensive onboarding for new care team Nurses/ MAs/ Phlebotomists
Support the development of and own the local execution of ongoing nursing development opportunities
Prioritize clinical team member retention
Remain knowledgeable of industry standards and state regulations
Advise the regional and central nursing leadership teams
Collaborate with Central and Regional Leadership in implementation of clinical operational standards and processes
Work with the clinical and leadership team to implement and execute new clinical services and programs
Ensure the patient safety program goals and standards are executed consistently

Requirements:

Current license to practice as a registered nurse
Bachelor degree in nursing strongly preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
5 years management experience preferred
Ability to independently manage and lead projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize and effectively navigate multiple competing priorities
Demonstrated skill in problem solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and exceptional communication skills
A flexible and positive attitude
High emotional intelligence
US work authorization
