Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our Client & Sector marketing initiatives targeting clients across key segments within Corporate and Institutional Banking. This role focuses on executing marketing activities that enhance client engagement and support revenue growth across key client segments and industry sectors. The responsibilities include supporting global marketing strategies, developing value propositions, and contributing to integrated marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the global marketing strategy for Corporate & Institutional clients, aligning with commercial growth objectives
  • Assist in identifying and prioritizing marketing opportunities within the International Mid-Market, Global Corporate and Institutional segments along with relevant industries and sectors
  • Help to shape and execute marketing programs that drive client acquisition, strengthen and deepen client relationships, originate new deals and increase market share
  • Support the development of clear and distinct value propositions that address segment and industry specific challenges
  • Collaborate with Product & Business Marketing to ensure solutions meet client needs
  • Assist in building tailored narratives that combine market insights, relevant current themes and the bank’s expertise
  • Support the strategic development and ideation of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and client engagement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impact
  • Develop a content strategy and manage its execution to ensure relevance for the segment
  • Partner with Events teams on events strategy and the delivery of strategic client forums and executive briefings
  • Track and analyze performance metrics related to brand, client engagement, pipeline influence, revenue and campaign effectiveness
  • Utilize data insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Advocate for client perspectives in marketing and go-to-market activities
  • Work in cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive marketing effort
  • Drive strong collaboration across all business lines and segments
  • Promote Agile principles and foster a collaborative working environment

Requirements:

  • Extensive years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services, and/or experience preferably in corporate coverage
  • Strong understanding of CIB segments, products and services
  • Passionate about customer centricity and the latest market trends
  • Proven ability to deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong collaboration skills within global, matrixed organizations and the ability to lead working groups and defined initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
