Manager role on the Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend Client Success team at CVS Health, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to health plan partners through strategic account management, plan and expense reporting, and championing in-store experience initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Partner with account managers to prepare for and lead strategy meetings with health plan leadership
Create templates to support monthly and quarterly business reviews with health plan partners
Lead annual strategic planning efforts in partnership with health plans
Provide exceptional client service and value as a point of contact for a subset of our health plan partners
Support program expense tracking and invoicing including card fees, print expenses, supply chain, etc.
Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines
