Job Responsibility:

  • Monitors junior Operational Talent Solutions team member's goals and performance metrics, plans junior resources and capability development to achieve outcomes
  • Provides guidance to the team on Operational Talent Solutions service and product introduction to client accounts
  • Drives the development of non-complex recruitment solutions that address client needs in areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail
  • Stays up-to-date on the market trends and analyzes competitors' service and offerings in recruitment of operational roles
  • May manage local Operational Talent Solutions client accounts or own part of the delivery process
  • Generates and reviews Operational Talent Solutions sales forecasts and compiles sales reports, provides guidance in development and maintenance of client relationships
  • Monitors client feedback, addresses concerns, and implements improvements to ensure client satisfaction
  • Developing SLAs for process deadlines in conjunction with internal stakeholders
  • Focusing on Overdue reduction, ensuring EW growth over assigned base and ensuring a good customer satisfaction score
  • Developing MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans), ADPs(Account Development Plans) and ensuring mining of new jobs
