Job Responsibility:
Monitors junior Operational Talent Solutions team member's goals and performance metrics, plans junior resources and capability development to achieve outcomes
Provides guidance to the team on Operational Talent Solutions service and product introduction to client accounts
Drives the development of non-complex recruitment solutions that address client needs in areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail
Stays up-to-date on the market trends and analyzes competitors' service and offerings in recruitment of operational roles
May manage local Operational Talent Solutions client accounts or own part of the delivery process
Generates and reviews Operational Talent Solutions sales forecasts and compiles sales reports, provides guidance in development and maintenance of client relationships
Monitors client feedback, addresses concerns, and implements improvements to ensure client satisfaction
Developing SLAs for process deadlines in conjunction with internal stakeholders
Focusing on Overdue reduction, ensuring EW growth over assigned base and ensuring a good customer satisfaction score
Developing MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans), ADPs(Account Development Plans) and ensuring mining of new jobs
