Job Description:

Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products, with end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role includes client relationship management, development and management of project plans, risk assessment and mitigation, and mentoring team members.

Job Responsibility:

Onboarding complex and customized clients
End-to-end accountability for the implementation project
Establishment and management of client relationships
Development and management of project plans
Risk assessment and mitigation
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Mentoring and training other team members
Supporting strategic initiatives for the organization

Requirements:

Project Management 4+ years
Microsoft Office Tools experience 4+ years
Client facing experience 4+ years
Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have:

PBM or Health Plan experience
Client implementation experience
