You will act as the bridge between Uber’s "Principled Performance" mission and the partner’s frontline execution, ensuring our partners deliver Industry Leading Claims outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define & Refine Expectations: Collaborate with Claims Leadership to draft and optimize Special Handling Instructions and contractual operational agreements
  • Partner Operational Health: Anchor performance in measurability
  • Process Governance: Validate that agreed-upon processes are actually "live" in the partner’s operation
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Partner deeply with internal stakeholders—specifically Geo and Severity leads—to address emerging trends
  • Aligned Prioritization: Maintain strict alignment with the Claims Management Team’s unified vision

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in claims strategy, vendor management, or insurance operations

  • Eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program
  • May be offered an equity award & other types of comp
  • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan
  • Eligible for various benefits
