Manager, Claims Delivery | Superannuation | Brisbane Based. Lead with Purpose. Impact at Scale. Join one of Australia’s leading superannuation providers and lead a high-performing team dedicated to supporting members during life’s most critical moments. The Role: As a strategic pillar of our Life Operations unit, you will oversee the delivery of our group life insurance offering. You’ll head an operational engine of 60+ specialists, leading through 5 direct Team Leaders across claims, underwriting, and member servicing. Location: Brisbane (Hybrid – 2 days in-office). Focus: Scaling operational excellence while maintaining deep member empathy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 year of experience in life insurance claims leadership

  • Technical Depth: Strong grasp of group life products and complex member servicing
  • Qualified: Tertiary qualifications or ALUCA accreditation is highly regarded
