Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager of Change Management to use thoughtful, human-centered change management practices to support SiriusXM’s high-priority initiatives, including culture transformation. Working in the People and Culture function as a direct report to the Director, Change Management, you will make change management a valuable, trusted enterprise partner and drive our evolution when you help teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose through effective change execution, enablement, influence, measurement, storytelling and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a visible role model and trusted advisor to translate transformation goals into human-centered activation plan across SiriusXM
  • Develop and execute end-to-end organizational change management activities and plans, including impact assessments, communication strategy, training plans and feedback loops to drive readiness, adoption, engagement, improvement, and operationalizing lasting behavior change
  • Create high-impact communications assets including but not limited to email campaigns, intranet content, executive updates, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) documents
  • Activate and lead an enterprise cross-functional change champion network to support internal teams in applying tools and resources and partner in capturing insights, success stories and best practices that can be shared at scale
  • Co-facilitate learning sessions and working groups with learning and development to scale adoption of the change management framework and change literacy
  • Develop adoption dashboards linking readiness and engagement insights to workforce and capability planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development with demonstrated success in driving sustainable enterprise change
  • Strong stakeholder influence, storytelling, and communication capability
  • Strong project management, strategy and execution skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR
  • certification preferred
  • A passion for innovation and keeping abreast of industry trends that transform businesses and create the future of work
  • Management Consulting Know-How: Strong core consulting skills, including problem-solving, and client relationship building
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of voice, tone, and audience
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
