Job Description:

The main objective of the role is to lead the global non-filler CAPEX project reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes (incl. leasing), perform business case calculations/reviews (financial check) and act as finance approval gate keeper in the approval process. The role also requires harmonization, standardization of the CAPEX processes across substrates and post implementation assessments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for monthly reporting for global (non-filler) CAPEX investments (incl. leasing additions/payments), incl. executive summary
  • Leading budget, forecast and 5YP process for CAPEX investments
  • Finance business partner for global production and global supply chain team, supporting in building global investment strategy
  • Building and/or reviewing business case calculations for investment projects across substrates and regions (e.g. Production footprint optimizations, capacity extension, automation projects, etc.)
  • Gate keeper for finance validation and approval for CAPEX requests
  • Harmonization/standardization of investment approval processes and tools across substrates (aseptic/BIB)
  • Responsible for financial part of global investment guidelines, documentation and offering trainings for regions
  • Leading the regular post implementation assessments
  • Global Administrator for CAPEX reporting tools

Requirements:

  • + 6 years of relevant experience in similar roles within international environments
  • Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrates strong focus, proactiveness, productivity, tenacity, and a solid sense of responsibility in achieving objectives
  • Understands production processes, key operational KPIs, and essential financial concepts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Builds strong communication, networking, and teamwork across functions and regions
  • Maintains strong relationships with internal customers and fully understands stakeholder requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Basic working knowledge of SAP FI/CO and experience with project‑management activities
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint skills
