As a Business Development Representative at Bilt, you’ll be the tip of the spear for new partner acquisition—creating a qualified pipeline with multifamily owners/operators, property managers, and strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll research targets, craft compelling outreach, book meetings, and partner to move deals forward.
Job Responsibility
Own top-of-funnel outreach: multi-threaded email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
Build and maintain target account lists
run experiments on messaging and sequencing
Schedule and confirm first meetings
ensure clean handoffs to AEs
Track activity, notes, and next steps in CRM with precision
Partner with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on data quality
Capture market intel (personas, objections, competitors) and share with the team.
Requirements
1–3+ years in a BDR/SDR or client-facing role (proptech, fintech, SaaS, or partnerships a plus)
Clear, concise writing
confident phone presence
objection handling skills
Process discipline: you hit your daily/weekly activity and quality targets
Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sequencing (Outreach/Apollo), and Sales Navigator
