Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Bilt, you’ll be the tip of the spear for new partner acquisition—creating a qualified pipeline with multifamily owners/operators, property managers, and strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll research targets, craft compelling outreach, book meetings, and partner to move deals forward.

Job Responsibility

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach: multi-threaded email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Build and maintain target account lists
  • run experiments on messaging and sequencing
  • Schedule and confirm first meetings
  • ensure clean handoffs to AEs
  • Track activity, notes, and next steps in CRM with precision
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on data quality
  • Capture market intel (personas, objections, competitors) and share with the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in a BDR/SDR or client-facing role (proptech, fintech, SaaS, or partnerships a plus)
  • Clear, concise writing

  • Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sequencing (Outreach/Apollo), and Sales Navigator
