Job Description

As a Manager, Business Development Projects, you’ll manage the development of high-impact deliverables—RFP responses, proposals, and presentations—that showcase Legends Global’s full-service capabilities. Reporting to an SVP of Business Development, you’ll coordinate across teams and divisions to ensure every project runs smoothly on time, and on brand. This is a dynamic, deadline-driven role that requires exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure, builds strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering polished, persuasive work that helps win business.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead development of polished proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that reflect Legends Global’s excellence and brand integrity
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal stakeholders and creative teams
  • Coordinate meetings and content sessions to align on strategy, storytelling, and deliverable quality
  • Oversee the creative queue for new business deliverables, ensuring smooth workflows and prioritization
  • Serve as quality-control lead—proofing, editing, and refining every submission for clarity, tone, and visual consistency
  • Partner with design, marketing, and strategy teams to implement process improvements and streamline collaboration
  • Review RFPs to assess fit, understand requirements, and develop effective response plans
  • Build trusted, productive relationships across departments and with external vendors
  • Stay calm, positive, and organized under pressure—especially when multiple high-priority projects are in motion
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, project management, or proposal management, ideally in a sports, entertainment, agency, or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Hive, Trello, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident, assertive, and accountable leader who thrives in team settings
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment
