The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, establishing strategic partnerships with builders, developers, construction companies and co-working spaces, and closing high-impact B2B deals. This role demands a strong business development mindset, understanding of the real estate ecosystem, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Knowledge of the EV ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibility:
Pipeline building
Drive end-to-end business development for the Real Estate vertical across India, from ICP hunting to pipeline building to account management and sign off
Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with residential and commercial real estate builders & developers
Own revenue targets and consistently achieve or exceed them
Build a scalable pipeline by mapping key accounts and real estate clusters
Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with top builders, developers, construction, co-working and property management companies
Pitch Bolt.Earth’s EV charging solutions, pricing models, and value proposition to decision-makers
Solutioning & Consultative Selling
Understand customer requirements and propose the right charging solution
Provide ROI calculations, business proposals, and feasibility insights to clients
Navigate technical and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment on scope, pricing, and milestones
Deal Closure & Execution
Convert leads into signed contracts through structured BD cycles
Ensure all documentation (POs, agreements, payment terms) is properly aligned and processed
Coordinate with Ops and Installation teams to deliver successful site implementation
Market Intelligence
Track market trends in real estate EV readiness, competitor landscape, and government EV policies
Provide insights to leadership for strategic planning and GTM improvements
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Real Estate
Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem
Experience in selling to CXOs, VPs, Directors, Facility Heads, and Property Management teams
Target-oriented and revenue-driven, with a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales numbers
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Ownership & hustler mindset
Nice to have:
Experience or knowledge of the EV Charging ecosystem, energy management, government compliances or sustainability solutions
