Manager, Business Continuity

• Maintain governance frameworks for technology resiliency
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track technology resiliency metrics
• Own and maintain tools for tracking plans and plan compliance
• Analyze test results and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing testing plans
• Assist in internal and external audits and Client briefings related to technology resiliency and governance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote awareness of resiliency initiatives
• Provide training and guidance to IT staff on testing procedures, roles and responsibilities

• 5+ years in proven experience in resiliency, disaster recovery or business continuity roles or comparable IT infrastructure role
• 3+ years of experience in Resiliency and Disaster Recovery concepts, methodologies and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and their implications for resiliency

Certifications in DR planning and related areas (such as CBCP, DRP etc.)
