Manager, Business Consultant - Dental/Vision/Voluntary Sales

• Assists in managing the day-to-day complex business consultation services to support the organization's goals and objectives
• Implements processes and assignments for research, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information in support of business goals and objectives
• Serve as a data interface between the organization and external partners, ensuring data integrity and clarity
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Helps establish and implement strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld
• Delivers advice to the organization regarding current business trends and best practices by preparing analyses for senior management, stakeholders, and clients

• 5 - 7 years’ of professional work experience with proven experience with financial and data analysis and reporting tools
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills for both internal and external partners
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Experience in healthcare, dental, vision or supplemental health products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience
