Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced people leader with strong Agile delivery expertise to lead our Business Analysts (BAs) and Scrum Masters/Project Managers in the Global Data Engineering & Business Intelligence (BI) function. This role is about more than managing projects — it's about developing talent, shaping Agile practices, and driving high-impact data initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters
  • Provide coaching and performance management, helping team members develop career paths and strengthen their skills
  • Oversee requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical solutions across multiple data and BI initiatives
  • Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery approaches across teams
  • Act as an escalation point for project issues, scope alignment, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time
  • Standardize and continuously improve BA and Scrum Master processes, templates, and tool usage
  • Balance team capacity and prioritize work to focus on the highest-value initiatives
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development within the BA and Scrum Master community

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in business analysis, Agile delivery, and/or data-focused project management
  • 3+ years of direct people management
  • Proven success leading Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and scaling Agile practices across multiple initiatives
  • Solid understanding of data engineering, BI, and analytics ecosystems
  • Experience mentoring and developing talent, with a passion for building team capabilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
