Our client is a dynamic Live Entertainment and Lifestyle IP Creator specializing in the fusion of culture, wellness, and technology. They are currently pivoting from traditional event promotion to developing their own proprietary Intellectual Properties (IPs), including revolutionary health and wellness festivals. By integrating AI-driven data with high-energy live experiences (music, dance, and activity), they aim to build a robust community centered around 'healthspan' and future-facing lifestyle trends. We are seeking a high-caliber, senior-level Manager of Brand & Partnerships to act as a brand guardian and a commercial driver. This is a critical hire for a visionary leader looking for someone with a 'killer instinct' to build high-value alliances. You will transition the business from a traditional event model to an IP-led powerhouse, connecting corporate sponsors (Insurance, Banking, AI, etc.) with large-scale festivals and digital community platforms.
Job Responsibility:
IP Development & Strategy: Own and evolve the master brand narrative across all new and existing IPs
translate the company vision into clear positioning and messaging frameworks
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with brands, media institutions, and cultural stakeholders
Revenue Generation: Drive partnership revenue through sponsorships and strategic value-adds (cash, media value, technology access)
Brand Experience: Oversee the brand’s presence across live events and digital touchpoints, ensuring partner integrations are premium, intentional, and enhance the audience experience
Commercial Negotiation: Lead senior-level negotiations on commercial terms, P&L creation for tours/festivals, and long-term contract scoping
Community & Data Building: Utilize partnerships to build a comprehensive database of wellness and lifestyle consumers, tying together physical events with AI-integrated applications
P.R. & Representation: Act as a brand ambassador to represent the lifestyle and vision of the company to the public and potential stakeholders
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial leadership within entertainment, media, or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record of securing high-value partnerships and managing complex P&Ls for large-scale events or IPs
Exceptional English communication skills
highly presentable and confident in engaging with C-suite stakeholders
A strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, specifically how they can be integrated into the consumer experience
A sharp, positive, and proactive 'hunter' personality with a killer instinct
