Job Description

Drive an effective and efficient brand activation of Training & Sportswear category for Reason to Buy campaigns and Key Concepts in country/cluster in full alignment with the Global BC&BU teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Create the local brand marketing plan and calendar based on input from country commercial needs
  • Create local content (brief and production) and get approval from Global BC&BU if necessary
  • Execute consumer events as considering category strategy under Global guideline
  • Support the brief and production of category relevant key account or Retail activations
  • Align with the Media Activation on the media strategy for a campaign execution
  • Execution of the MWB plan per the BMP
  • Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools
  • Support and collaborate with the BU & Retail Marketing team on key trading zone attacks
  • Manage and operate marketing inventory via ERP and minimize the year-end stock

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • At least 7 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
  • Sales and /or Marketing experience
  • High degree of knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)
  • Ability to development local marketing strategies following global guidelines
  • Marketing budget planning and management
  • Strong presentation skill to internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in both, market and regional marketing organization preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Korean preferred
