The Manager - Talent & Skills at BCG Vantage is responsible for driving talent management and workforce planning initiatives within a global consulting environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing knowledge assets, and providing expert advisory to clients. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant strategy consulting or HR/talent consulting required
  • candidates with consulting experience preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required
  • 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Deep expertise across the end-to-end talent lifecycle
  • Strong affinity for People Analytics
  • Strong ability to manipulate, structure, and analyze complex datasets (coding experience preferred)
  • Ability to translate data and analyses into clear, compelling insights
  • Preferred: Fluency in AI and Generative AI
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • additional fluency in German preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
