Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Automation & AI Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Build and nurture a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
  • Set clear performance objectives, monitor team progress, and implement development plans
  • Partner with business leaders across all functions to drive the adoption of automation and AI solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes, analyze workflows, and identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI implementation
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs to upskill employees in automation and AI
  • Cultivate an active community of practice to support knowledge sharing, peer learning, and the effective use of automation and AI tools
  • Support data scientists, automation and AI developers across business areas
  • Provide expert guidance in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation, AI, GenAI, and Agentic solutions
  • Utilize DevOps and MLOps methodologies to manage the full lifecycle of automation and AI products
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for the development, acquisition, and operation of automation and AI solutions
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of approved automation and AI tools, as well as active use cases
  • Proactively address resource constraints by engaging and managing external vendors when necessary
  • Develop and oversee a cost-effective support model for automation and AI solutions
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and the overall impact of automation and AI initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in automation, AI, or digital transformation
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or CoE management role
  • Proven expertise in low-code/no-code automation platform and RPA
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, creating process maps and defining opportunities for automation
  • Experience with software development, with a strong understanding of DevOps, MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI
  • Proven experience in managing both project deliveries and operational support
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Skilled in creating impactful presentations with PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change-leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English within a professional setting

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge of BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is an asset
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern DevOps/MLOps practices is an asset
  • Certifications in project management, RPA, or AI/ML technologies are considered an asset
