Service Architecture is responsible for designing and enabling end-to-end autonomous operations by leveraging Automation, Analytics, and AI/ML (AAA) capabilities. The role focuses on creating scalable architectures, driving automation-led efficiencies in service delivery and enabling intelligent decision-making using advanced analytics and AI solutions. The position contributes to improved operational performance by streamlining workflows, implementing intelligent automation, and enabling data-driven service management across Ericsson and customer environments.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop robust, scalable architectures for automation, analytics, and AI/ML solutions that address evolving operational requirements for Ericsson and its customers
Drive end-to-end autonomous operations use cases using AAA capabilities by co-creating customized solutions that deliver measurable value and differentiation
Lead the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of automation solutions and actuations generated from AI/ML models (Insite), aligned with BCSS MSN strategy
Define and optimize end-to-end service flows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes
Develop scalable, modular, and reusable architecture designs that support high velocity delivery and align with End-to-End Operations (EOE) objectives
Design, develop, and deploy BPMS workflows across contracts to drive operational efficiencies
Ensure demands across Automation, Analytics, and AI domains are handled consistently with high accuracy, agility, and delivery speed
Contribute to pre-sales engagements and solution design to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive positioning
Provide thought leadership by identifying industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in automation and AI-driven operations
Ensure availability of EOE guidelines, work instructions, and operational documentation to support delivery teams
Ensure compliance with local policies including security, trade, travel, and occupational health & safety guidelines
Promote Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) awareness and compliance across the responsible unit
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE/CSE/IT) or equivalent
MBA preferred
Minimum 8+ years of management experience in a Managed Services environment
Proven leadership experience in Automation, Analytics, and AI/ML solution design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management
Prior Line Management experience with L1 certification is mandatory
Experience in resource planning, team management, and budget management
Strong understanding of Service Management operations and processes
Hands-on experience with MS tools portfolio such as Enable, MATE, RPA, and other in-house automation tools
Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, GCP, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, and data analytics platforms
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including actuations, LLMs, and Generative AI applications
Experience with Service Management processes including Event Management, Incident Management, Smart Problem Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Continuity, and FSO
Strong leadership and change management capabilities
Customer-focused with a consultative and business-oriented approach
Effective interpersonal and conflict management skills
Results-driven with the ability to motivate and lead teams toward achieving strategic goals
