You work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely ARR reporting. You translate analytical findings into clear insights and contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities. In addition, you support ongoing initiatives to gradually transition ARR reporting towards BI-based solutions by contributing requirements, validation, and business expertise.

  • Own the preparation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and reliable ARR reports, analyses, and models
  • Perform manual reconciliations, variance analyses, and data quality checks to ensure robustness and credibility of ARR reporting outputs
  • Independently develop insights, hypotheses, and interpretations of ARR movements and actively discuss them with FP&A peers and key business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Data/BI teams to improve definitions, structures, and reporting processes and support the gradual transition toward BI-based ARR reporting
  • Prepare targeted ARR analyses and evaluations to support management decision-making, performance steering, and planning processes
  • Respond to ad-hoc management requests with reliable, well-structured analyses under time pressure

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ARR reporting and a strong understanding of ARR-related KPIs, such as Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, expansion, and bookings
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to independently validate and reconcile data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, structured models, reconciliations, and large datasets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
What we offer:

  • Thrive in a Global Team: international community where diversity is celebrated
