Job Responsibility:
Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative solutions
Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of application managers with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds
Define and drive strategy to ensure 3P applications align with business goals, scalability, and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and drive organizational success
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and quality benchmarks for 3P software products, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies
Oversee vendor partnerships, prioritizing contract management, renewal strategies, and cost savings initiatives to optimize software budgets
Requirements:
8+ years of experience of Application Management in Sales and Marketing including CRM, Partner Management, Lead to Quote, and Marketing technology systems
8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data engineering and data science teams
6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information systems
Experience with at least three full cycles of vendor product implementation, cut-over, launch and post-launch support
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Nice to have:
Experience in a data-center or consumer focused technology company
Experience leading architecture discussions that could involve integration of multiple third party and internally built solutions
Experience in consulting (Sales and Partner operations, technology)
Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
