Job Responsibility:
Build and enhance applications that improve user experience and support business goals
Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive development best practices, automation, and quality improvements
Manage timelines, resources, and cross-team collaboration

Integrate new technologies and industry trends to support continuous innovation
Requirements:
5+ years in healthcare, consulting, or related fields
Proficiency in Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud)
3+ years creating dashboards/visualizations (ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Dash, Plotly)
Experience building automated data pipelines
Strong collaboration with cross-functional technical and clinical teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have:
Experience with healthcare data, cost/utilization metrics, risk adjustment, or value-based care
Machine learning, statistical analysis, or generative AI exposure
