Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Services (with a functional line to the APAC Senior Director of Customer Experience), you will be the primary operational and process leader for service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Project Management: Planning and executing platform adoptions and long-term consulting engagements
  • Product Optimization: Configuring Instructure solutions to align with specific institutional goals
  • Knowledge Transfer: Developing and delivering bespoke training materials and live sessions
  • Change Management: Navigating institutional shifts to maximize platform adoption and elevate instructional outcomes
  • Planning for services offerings and delivery processes
  • Planning and organizing professional development opportunities for services consultants
  • Planning services consultant assignments to balance workloads
  • Leading with product and industry knowledge and directing its application for service delivery
  • Interacting with clients and prospects to evangelise the value of our services portfolio

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve KPIs including revenue goals
  • Familiarity with blended learning and online learning best practices and how they can be applied to service delivery
  • Experience leading implementation teams delivering implementation and / or training and learning services
  • Demonstrated ability to align consultation and service delivery to the full client journey and lifecycle
  • Ability to engage a wide variety of audiences, including academics/teachers, administrators and leadership
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use web conferencing technologies and web based tools like Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar to coordinate, manage and facilitate training
