Job Description

As a Manager within the Measurement & Analytics practice at A&G you will provide mid-level leadership of data & analytic services in support of our clients' marketing efforts to make their programs smarter and more impactful. You will maximize our clients' return on marketing investment through ongoing program measurement, disciplined in-market testing, and results-based performance management. From acquisition, to retention, to winback, you will transform multi-channel data into actionable integrated marketing intelligence, while building cross-functional partnerships internally & with clients.

  • Provide mid-level leadership of data & analytic services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing
  • Master's a plus
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in direct marketing, online marketing, advertising, or consulting
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred, especially client-facing
  • Intellectually curious and a creative thinker and effective problem-solver
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated time management and project leadership skills
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Proficiency/expertise with multiple digital analytics solutions (e.g. SiteCatalyst, HBX Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics, DART, Atlas)
  • Expertise with one or more statistical analysis tools a plus (e.g. SAS, SPSS, Stata)
  • Expertise with one or more relational database management systems (RDMS) a plus (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server)
