Job Description:

Manager role on the Analytics & Reporting team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to health plan partners within Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend through P&L management, expense reporting, and budgeting. The role involves identifying trends and insights through financial reporting during monthly and quarterly business reviews and working cross-functionally to understand current program performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with health plan partners with internal and external partners
Lead annual strategic planning efforts
Provide exceptional service and value as a point of contact for Finance partners
Support program expense tracking and invoicing including card fees, print expenses, supply chain, etc.
Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines

Requirements:

3+ years' experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions
3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally and externally
3+ years of experience with budgeting and forecasting (FP&A)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Demonstrated proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
Passion for connecting data and insights into a compelling story
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
