Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts—set priorities, guide execution, and raise the bar on performance
  • Build and evolve client reporting that clearly shows what’s working and where to improve
  • Partner across Product, Client Success, and Wellbeing teams to turn data into decisions
  • Analyze complex health data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Design and apply statistical methods to evaluate programs and measure impact
  • Use tools like SQL and Python to work across large, complex datasets with accuracy
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage ad hoc requests while keeping core reporting and priorities on track
  • Stay close to industry trends and bring forward ideas to strengthen our analytics capabilities
  • Create a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

  • 5+ years in healthcare analytics, health tech, or medical economics, with at least 2 years leading a team
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or similar tools)
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and pull out clear, meaningful insights
  • Experience presenting data to a range of audiences—technical and non-technical
  • Proven track record of managing and developing analysts
  • Strong organizational skills you can balance multiple priorities without losing quality
  • Collaborative mindset you work well across teams and build strong relationships

Nice to have

  • Experience with health data models and program evaluation methods (e.g., propensity scoring, difference-in-differences)
  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, MicroStrategy, or DataRobot
  • Exposure to AI/ML, predictive modeling, or large-scale data environments
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, CMS)
  • Experience in population health, care management, or employer-sponsored health plans
