Job Description:

The Manager, AI/ML oversees the strategic implementation and operational management of artificial intelligence and machine learning projects. This role guides multi-functional teams and ensures the effective integration of AI/ML models into business operations. Responsibilities include coordination of AI/ML workflows, performance improvement, and fostering innovation within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage AI and ML operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and UI developers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions
  • manage and evaluate the performance of AI/ML systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations
  • develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and best practices for AI/ML workflows
  • lead project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, or Information Technology
  • 2-4 years of proven experience leading highly effective teams in an AI/ML operations environment
  • 4-7 years of experience managing complex CI/CD pipelines, governing ML models, version tracking, maintaining data lineage, and applying best practices
  • solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, frameworks, and methodologies coupled with a deep understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
  • proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with AI/ML libraries like Pyspark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • experience with data management and analysis tools, including SQL and data visualization software
  • excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully handling multiple projects
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • exceptional communication and social skills
  • Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP), AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, and PMP certification (preferred)
