Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and ensure alignment. Monitor project plans, timelines, and progress; adjust strategies to meet objectives. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and strategic initiatives. Define and communicate product vision and strategy for recruitment, agent professionalism, and sales lead management. Translate business goals into a product roadmap; prioritize features based on business value. Serve as SME and primary contact for inquiries/issues; partner with Product Owners and development teams. Execute pilot projects, refine processes, and ensure smooth official launches. Track and analyze performance data, develop dashboards, and prepare reports for management. Manage Agency TO budget planning and expense tracking for efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in project management, or agency operations Understanding of Life insurance business Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data dashboards.
