Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and ensure alignment. Monitor project plans, timelines, and progress; adjust strategies to meet objectives. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and strategic initiatives. Define and communicate product vision and strategy for recruitment, agent professionalism, and sales lead management. Translate business goals into a product roadmap; prioritize features based on business value. Serve as SME and primary contact for inquiries/issues; partner with Product Owners and development teams.
