Job Responsibility

  • Drive Agency New Business Income (NBI) to achieve assigned targets
  • Design and implement sales activities to stimulate production and maximize output
  • Monitor and ensure Agency Business Partner teams execute plans effectively
  • Analyze performance gaps, identify operational issues, and implement improvement initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, grow, and retain high-quality agents
  • Provide coaching, evaluation, and performance feedback to team members and agents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in agency distribution, insurance sales, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business performance
  • Experience in life insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with agency recruitment and development frameworks
  • Strong understanding of insurance/agency business model (preferred)
  • Have own car and flexible to work in up country
