As an Account Management Manager for Financial Institutions at Mastercard, you'll be at the forefront of defining and executing our strategic agenda with the customer. You'll lead the charge in developing and maintaining an exceptional relationship while driving revenue growth and customer profitability.
Job Responsibility
Shape Mastercard's strategic and tactical direction with the customer
Own the customer's P&L, promoting Mastercard's products and services
Lead the customer in new product innovations
Foster strong relationships between Mastercard and the customer across all operational functions
Develop and implement solutions that enhance revenue generation and mutual profitability
Take charge of administrative and operational issues, including planning and budget/expense management
Contribute to Mastercard's overall business development in Northern Europe
Requirements
Extensive experience in sales and key account management
Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, especially with senior management
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships
A self-starter who can identify issues before they become problems and proactively resolve them
Demonstrated multi-disciplinary knowledge, including marketing, operations, risk, debit, acquiring, and emerging technologies
Proven ability to develop and successfully implement quantifiable business plans
Good understanding of the Swedish and Nordic payments market and emerging payment innovations
Bachelor's degree or sales experience within a B2B environment is essential
