Job Description

Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn, a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global Head of Account Development, you will lead and scale our EMEA Account Development team, serving as the primary driver of our EMEA revenue engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Talent Development: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high-potential ADRs. You will be responsible for the 'boots on the ground' coaching and culture.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and training sessions to ensure every ADR meets and exceeds their quotas.
  • Execute the GTM Strategy: Implement and refine the Account Development strategy for the EMEA market across the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Operational Excellence: Deploy the outbound playbook, including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences, ensuring high activity levels and quality.
  • Inbound Management: Oversee US lead routing and SLAs, ensuring the team maintains gold-standard conversion benchmarks for all incoming inquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with US Sales and Marketing teams to align on regional campaigns, territory operations, and feedback loops.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, including activity metrics, pipeline value, and conversion rates, to ensure the US team’s health.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Account Development / SDR / Sales. Experience in a fast-growing tech or B2B environment is essential.
  • Proven Track Record: You have a history of overachieving personal or team pipeline targets and know what 'good' looks like in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • People Developer: Experience in hiring and coaching entry-level talent. You enjoy the process of turning 'raw' talent into high-performing sales professionals.
  • Process Oriented: Ability to execute defined processes, manage CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot), and use data to identify gaps in the funnel.
  • Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with Regional Sales Heads and Marketing to ensure the Chicago team is aligned with broader US business goals.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA: You are resourceful, creative, and fearless. You thrive in a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' environment where you lead by example.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent strategic/analytical background strongly preferred
  • Language: Fluency in English is required
  • Spanish or French is a plus given our global footprint, but not mandatory for this regional role.
