Job Description

The Sales Manager – Responsible to execute sales and technical activities in China with the objective of achieving sales targets within CommScope Sales strategy, policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Discuss strategy with supervisor to achieve the annual sales target assigned
  • Identify potential verticals and understand who are the key influencers in each target sector/customer so as to make all kind of efforts to be the trusted advisor
  • Do sales and project forecast in a regular basis
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support such as presentation, spec-in, product training, tender proposal, etc for end users, consultants, as well as business partners
  • Search and recruit new business partners to support CommScope’s direction to penetrate into target verticals
  • Collect market information and/or new product/technology regularly
  • Provide bid response support for customer or tender requirements
  • Facilitate seminars, product demonstrations & exhibitions to deliver product positioning to end users, consultants and channel partners
  • Perform site audits and certification reviews in support of the Extended Product Warranty and Applications Assurance
  • Regular system update on funnel and handle end users, consultants and business partners’ enquiries, comments and concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 5 -10 years working experience is desired
  • Experience with channel sales and project sales will be an advantage
  • Account Management experience will be considered
  • Knowledge of Structured Cabling, Data Center, as well as relevant standards would be an advantage
  • Good communication skill in Putonghua, English (written & speak)
