As part of the Bentley Account Advancement Group Communications team, and reporting to the Director, AAG Communications, the Regional Communications Manager participates in the development and delivery of communications strategies and projects designed to keep all members of the Account Advancement (AA) group informed and aware of initiatives that impact the organization’s goals and overall business mission. This role is an individual contributor role responsible for unifying and streamlining all revenue-driving enablement efforts and communications in an assigned region. This colleague supports efforts to build and execute the required communication plan(s) to AA colleagues and related departments (inclusive of format, method, and cadence). As a primary focus, this role enhances the effectiveness and productivity of Bentley quota carriers, intelligently using Bentley’s communications channels and tools. This role will focus on AAG team-specific internal communications efforts in an the APAC region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategically align with regional team leaders to plan and manage communications impacting their assigned region
  • Routinely and proactively partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop and foster relationships, to successfully design and execute communication plans
  • Develop, draft, and distribute content across multiple internal channels including Teams, SharePoint, email, video and audio conferencing, and in-person meetings
  • Align with global efforts to reinforce and amplify information impacting revenue-driving colleagues within their assigned region
  • Participate in the maintenance of an AAG-specific SharePoint utilized by revenue-driving colleagues to access regional-specific resources
  • Manage the execution of virtual events/meetings of varying size occurring in the assigned region
  • Partner with Events Manager, AAG and other stakeholders to provide necessary communications support for select in-region events
  • As needed, support communications for ongoing enablement efforts and experiences in the assigned region
  • Ensure region-specific communications activities are captured in the AAG Communications tracking/calendaring efforts
  • Promote and support the use of consistent, on-brand messaging in all internal communications
  • Routinely update and audit select Outlook distribution lists and regional-specific SharePoint
  • Foster a culture of “One Bentley” and collaborating with internal stakeholders in a manner that benefits our accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or closely related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-10 years of corporate work experience focused on internal communications, engagement, and employee experience, preferably with a technology/software company
  • Extremely effective communicator with exceptional English writing and public-speaking skills
  • Ability to develop and nurture trusting relationships with cross-functional teams and colleagues at various levels
  • Ability to provide a high-level of customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to see the big picture, ask questions, and gather and organize information to understand and communicate on varied topics
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet quick deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
