Job Description

This job manages plant build, rebuild, and upgrade projects, collaborating with leadership on budget development and management. It supports Design, Construction, and Project Management, oversees finances, leads a team, sets standards, and ensures timely, budget-compliant project completion.

Job Responsibility

  • Scheduling construction projects and overseeing adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
  • Initiating and monitoring budget processes to ensure fiscal targets are met
  • Ensuring compliance with construction codes and safety regulations across projects
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, tracking and generating reports on project status
  • Ensuring projects meet or exceed Company Construction Policy, FCC Technical Standards, NEC, OSHA, and other agency requirements
  • Maintaining an invoice verification program for contractor-managed projects
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Commercial Development to meet subscriber build-out and upgrade goals
  • Leading Supervisors and Specialists while providing career development feedback and support
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

  • Serve as a liaison between construction leadership, internal partners, general contractors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates on milestones, risks, challenges, and required decisions
  • Ensure alignment with company standards, quality expectations, and construction processes
