Job Description

In this role, you will bring your expertise to our Support at Home (SaH) and CHSP services, shaping future care models and driving operational quality and consistency.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead strategic and operational improvements across our SaH and CHSP services
  • Successfully translate ongoing aged care reforms into practical, effective service delivery models
  • Partner with senior leadership across the organisation to align service direction and delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics, drive operational efficiency, and strengthen overall financial results

Requirements

  • Sector Expertise: Strong leadership experience within aged care, with a confident, proven track record of navigating industry reforms
  • Framework Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of Support at Home (SaH) and CHSP service delivery
  • Change Management: The capability to lead teams through transition, lift clinical/operational performance, and solidify regulated processes
  • Communication Skills: A clear, engaging communication style with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels
  • Business Acumen: Sound financial acumen paired with a practical, steady approach to operational decision-making
  • Values Alignment: A values-driven mindset and a genuine commitment to person-centred care
  • Note: You will need (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate
