Job Description:

Manager role ensuring availability and performance of production systems at CVS Health, working with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement best practices for production support activities.

Job Responsibility:

Ensures availability, stability, and optimal performance of production systems
Confers with cross-functional teams to prioritize production issues
Establish and implement standard operating procedures
Manage system logs and performance metrics
Assess root cause analyses of major incidents
Communicate with development and operations teams
Ensure documentation of support procedures
Drive culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Prioritize support tasks based on criticality

Requirements:

2+ years of experience with NextGen application suite
3+ years of experience in an on call support 24x7 environment
3+ years of experience in incident, problem and change management
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Market Prominence, Health Rules Payor, TIDAL and Health Edge Data Warehouse
Experience participating in infrastructure maintenance and application releases
