We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing sales teams, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue in the EV sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the rapidly growing electric vehicle market.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive EV charger sales in B2B and B2C markets
Expand Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities and expand market footprint
Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
Industry Networking: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in events to expand the company’s network
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales management, particularly in EV chargers or related industries
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EV charger market, technology, and regulations
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
Analytical Abilities: Proficient in forecasting, tracking sales performance, and using CRM tools
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events
