We are looking for an extraordinary sales professional with a proven track record of success and delivering unrivaled customer satisfaction to join our Team. The successful candidate will be play a pivotal role in relationship management for key project customers in the West and leading a high performing Team to drive the successful delivery of our west project sales goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead as a key contact between the business and contractors/builders for all new and ongoing projects
Responsible to deliver project targets and budgets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants
Lead and manage a team of motivated Trade Sales Associates
Coordinate and lead regular project meetings, explore new business opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction via on time fulfillment of orders
Liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors in handling quotations and new enquiries on projects
Exercise a lead role in product development in the business
Report to management on the progress on projects and key initiatives for growth and increase in market share
Assist in organizing trade events at regional and national level
Represent the company in local and overseas events
Conduct sales and product training where applicable
Requirements:
5 to 6 years of work experience in a similar role or industry experience
Project management experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work to tight deadlines
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline would be an advantage
