Job Description:

We are looking for an extraordinary sales professional with a proven track record of success and delivering unrivaled customer satisfaction to join our Team. The successful candidate will be play a pivotal role in relationship management for key project customers in the West and leading a high performing Team to drive the successful delivery of our west project sales goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead as a key contact between the business and contractors/builders for all new and ongoing projects
  • Responsible to deliver project targets and budgets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants
  • Lead and manage a team of motivated Trade Sales Associates
  • Coordinate and lead regular project meetings, explore new business opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction via on time fulfillment of orders
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors in handling quotations and new enquiries on projects
  • Exercise a lead role in product development in the business
  • Report to management on the progress on projects and key initiatives for growth and increase in market share
  • Assist in organizing trade events at regional and national level
  • Represent the company in local and overseas events
  • Conduct sales and product training where applicable

Requirements:

  • 5 to 6 years of work experience in a similar role or industry experience
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work to tight deadlines
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline would be an advantage
