Job Description

The Manager – Program Design and Implementation is responsible for leading the development, planning, and execution of organizational programs. The role focuses on establishing best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational strategies and regulations, and driving the success of programs through effective monitoring, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and risk management.

Job Responsibility

  • Program Design and Planning: Develop frameworks, methodologies, and tools for program design and planning
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for program development
  • Program Planning: Create detailed program plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Standardization: Establish and disseminate best practices, policies, and standards for program implementation
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure programs align with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Risk Mitigation: Lead the identification and mitigation of potential risks affecting program success
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop M&E frameworks and KPIs to track program performance
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to assess program progress, effectiveness, and impact
  • Training: Train program staff and stakeholders on program management, monitoring techniques, and reporting
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance during program implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field
