Job Responsibility

  • Manage and advise a portfolio of owner-managed business clients across a wide range of industries
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and key business decisions
  • Collaborate with Partners and Managers as part of a supportive leadership group
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals
  • Participate in firm led business development activities
  • Get involved in firm committees and initiatives that shape how we work, serve clients, and support our communities

Requirements

  • CPA designation with 2–5 years of progressive, post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for owner-managed clients
  • Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and communication
  • A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in contributing beyond client files — whether that’s firm initiatives, committees, or business development
