The Manager – IoT Marketing & Sales will be the business engine of our IoT Product Division. This individual will be responsible for building market presence, generating revenue pipelines, and closing enterprise deals for Habilelabs' IoT product suite. This is an end-to-end ownership role — from crafting go-to-market strategy to landing key accounts.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Habilelabs' IoT product portfolio
Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation in the IoT/IIoT market
Create high-impact marketing collateral — case studies, whitepapers, product brochures, and pitch decks
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, email) to generate qualified leads
Represent Habilelabs at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and government tenders
Collaborate with the product team to align roadmap priorities with market demand and customer feedback
Own the full B2B sales cycle — prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closures for IoT products
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline targeting industries such as manufacturing, ports, power, smart cities, and logistics
Identify and pursue government and enterprise tenders (e.g., access control systems, smart infrastructure)
Develop and manage key account relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and system integrators
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling solution demonstrations
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the IoT division
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to leadership
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing of IoT, hardware+software, or technology products
Proven track record of closing enterprise or government deals worth ₹50 lakhs or more
Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems — sensors, connectivity (MQTT, LoRa, 4G/5G), cloud platforms, and edge computing
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement
Proficiency with CRM tools (zoho) and marketing automation platforms
MBA in Marketing / Sales or B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science with relevant experience
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits
