Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will lead the HR agenda to drive business success across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the UK. As we continue our exciting journey of innovation, growth and excellence, we are looking for a passionate HR Business partner to join our team in San Francisco, who will partner with multiple cross functional stakeholders and leaders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, business managers and employees, providing HR guidance on regional business challenges, people issues and organizational development
  • Integrate and collaborate with global / regional HR colleagues in the recruitment, learning & development, performance management, legal, employee engagement and HR programs to implement customised solutions for the region
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business outcomes and employee experience, including stakeholder management, talent assessment, performance management, team building and employee engagement
  • Comply with labor laws and regulations in each region and ensure adherence
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of core HR programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
  • 6-9 years of progressive HR business partnering experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or global HRBP role across North America, Latin America, and Europe, including a solid understanding of labor laws and compliance in each region
  • Proven knowledge of HR and the ability to improve business performance and culture by developing effective people strategies
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
