Job Description:

Serves as a property Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, resolving guest issues, and managing service quality. Responsible for implementing projects, policies, and improving customer service while managing teams and maintaining standards.

Job Responsibility:

Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations
represents property management in resolving guest-related situations
handles tracking of service issues
supervises and manages employees
develops specific goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
handles guest complaints and disputes
ensures guest satisfaction
improves service performance
participates in employee performance appraisals and progressive discipline procedures
supervises on-going training
implements customer recognition programs

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
