Job Description:

Exciting leadership opportunity to join a high performing and passionate team. The Manager – Disability Services will provide strategic leadership to the operational and financial management of the Company’s Disability Services business unit. Growth in the context of disability services programs is also a core objective for this position.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic advice, and leadership of services, maximising efficiency and effective use of resource, while seeking and developing new growth opportunities
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS the NDIA and the Quality and Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered service providers
Have responsibility for the oversight of service delivery, accountability for program outcomes and responsibility for the management and outputs of employees within the Disability Service Unit

Requirements:

Tertiary level qualifications (Disability/Nursing/Allied Health) or other discipline relevant to community or human services or extensive relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated business acumen including financial management and budgeting
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to delivery of a person-centred service
NDIS Worker Screening check completed prior to commencement of employment
