Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Research/Insights professional to join the MEGHNAD team. You will lead client engagements, help them get the most out of MEGHNAD, and consult on how insights can drive real business decisions. You will also work closely with our platform team to identify new customer offerings based on MEGHNAD's capabilities and competitive research. Over time, you will be responsible for building and managing a team to support this work.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the MEGHNAD team to identify the types of insights that can be generated from customer data across calls, reviews, social media, and other sources
  • Build standard methodologies for insight generation that can be reused and embedded into the MEGHNAD platform over time
  • Synthesize customer voice data into clear, well-structured narratives and work directly with clients to present findings and consult on how to apply them to real business decisions
  • Lead competitive research to track market trends, monitor competing products, and identify gaps and opportunities
  • Own the Customer Insights function, set priorities, establish processes, and keep pace with developments in customer research and AI
  • Hire and manage a team responsible for executing the day-to-day research and insights work

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Customer Research, Consumer Insights, Voice of Customer, or a related client-facing research or consulting role
  • Ability to design research frameworks and draw actionable insights from customer data across multiple sources
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, managing expectations and advising on research strategy
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with the ability to hire and develop talent
  • Comfortable with building a new function with a degree of ambiguity and independence
  • Prior exposure to AI or NLP-based insight tools is an advantage
