• Driving individual development, growth, and mobility of DDAT (Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology) colleagues
• Designing and implementing comprehensive talent development initiatives
• Designing and implementing professional development programs
• Conducting colleague skills analysis
• Overseeing mentoring program efforts
• Collaborating with key stakeholders including Enterprise Talent Development
• Facilitating coaching and mentoring opportunities
• Supporting career growth and advancement
• Providing guidance to leaders and managers
• Providing self-service tools to support managers
• Managing day to day operations of DDAT's internal high potential leadership circle mentoring program

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related areas
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing successful learning and development programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field required
• 4 additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Master's degree preferred
